ITELMA became an investor for a new technopark

The ITELMA group of companies will act as an investor in the construction of a new ZIL technopark, investing more than 4 billion rubles in the project. The corresponding agreement with the Government of Moscow was signed on September 2.

The multifunctional center will be located on the territory of the former I.A. Likhachev, not far from the third transport ring. Within the framework of the project, the buildings of the plant management , the former experimental shop, the design bureau and other premises will be reconstructed . The total area of the new technopark will be more than 4 hectares, of which 114 thousand meters will be given directly to research and production, laboratory and office space.

The new technopark will become a platform for a full cycle of innovative product development - from scientific research to the creation of technologies. The residents of the complex will be scientific, engineering and manufacturing companies, and the opening of the technopark will give the city more than 1,100 new jobs for scientists, developers and IT specialists. It is planned that the opening of ZIL will achieve a number of positive effects for the socio-economic development of the city of Moscow, including increasing the technological level of production, contributing to the growth of sales of industrial products and increasing the volume of localization of production. in accordance with the policy of the Government of the city of Moscow regarding the development of technological sites and research projects for the production of innovative products on a competitive investment basis without attracting budgetary funds.

“The Moscow government provides support to investors developing the city's innovative industries,” said Vladimir Yefimov , Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. “The Technopark has been given the status of an investment priority project.” Commissioning is scheduled for 2023. It should be noted that ITELMA already has a successful experience in implementing such projects. Thus, the technopark of the same name built by us has been operating since 2013.
