ITELMA production complies with IATF16949

In early December, NPP ITELMA successfully passed the second supervisory audit IATF16949. The company once again confirmed that it complies with the international automotive standard. For the first time certification passed 2 years ago and covered all three production sites of ITELMA: in Moscow, Kostroma and Dimitrovgrad. This time, Moscow and Dimitrovgradskaya were especially noted: according to the auditor, significant improvements were recorded at these sites.

IATF16949 is an international industry standard that describes the requirements for quality management systems for companies that design, develop, manufacture, install, and service automotive products. All of the world's major car manufacturers require their component suppliers to implement this standard.

In order to keep up with the global automotive community, NPP ITELMA constantly maintains and develops a quality management system. The company regularly improves technological processes in the production of products, investing resources in development: new equipment, automation, infrastructure, training in accordance with new standard requirements.
